After the first month, Techvisk members work on real projects. Every task carries points, a deadline and a reviewer. Deliver it on time, pass the review, and you are paid for it.
How you earn
Four steps, the same every time.

Claim a task
Every task on the board shows its points, its deadline and who reviews it. You hold one task at a time.

Deliver it on time
The deadline is part of the task. Miss it and the task goes back on the board, unpaid.

Pass the review
Someone else reviews your work. You should be able to explain every part of it.

Get paid
Accepted work earns its points, and points convert to rupees. You can redeem once you reach ₹2,500.
Four levels
The more we can hand you, the more you earn.
Your level decides how large a piece of work you can take on. The amount is what a member working steadily at that level typically earns in a month. It is not a salary.
Level 1 · Task
₹2,500a month, typically
We can hand you a task.
You take a small task, finish it by the deadline and can explain what you did.
Level 2 · Module
₹5,000a month, typically
We can hand you a module.
You take a module from start to finish. Nobody has to chase you, and your work usually passes review the first time.
Level 3 · Project
₹10,000a month, typically
We can hand you part of a project.
You break work into tasks, review what other members build and keep the quality high. Asked to, you can write the code yourself, without AI.
Level 4 · Lead
₹20,000a month, typically
We can hand you a project and a team.
You carry both to a deadline. You are paid a fixed amount for carrying the project and a bonus for delivering it on time, and you are judged by what your team ships.
Levels move in both directions, and seats at each level are limited by the projects we have.

Your record decides your level.
Nobody is promoted for time served. We look at what you delivered recently and how you delivered it.

We pay for accepted work. Nothing else earns points.

Miss deadlines and your level drops. Keep missing them and you leave the programme.
Questions
What members ask about stipends.
Is there a stipend in the first month?
No. The first month is training: you build, get reviewed and learn how we work. Paid project work starts after that, for the members who continue.
Is the stipend guaranteed?
No. You are paid for tasks that are accepted on time. A month with no accepted work pays nothing, and the amounts shown for each level are typical, not promised.
What happens during exams and class tests?
You only owe what you have claimed, so do not claim a task you cannot finish. If a test comes up while you hold one, ask for more time before the deadline and you will get it once.
How much time does it take?
We do not count hours. As a guide, members who earn well put in four to eight focused hours a day and keep weekends for project work.
Where do I work?
At the place we assign, alongside your team. This is not solo, remote work.
Can my level go down?
Yes. Your level follows your recent record. Miss deadlines and it drops; keep missing them and you leave the programme. Seats at each level are also limited by the projects we have.
Who owns the work?
Techvisk does. You work on real products, so the code and documents stay with us. You can still describe what you did on your resume and in interviews.
